Complaining

A complaint is a refusal to accept the reality of a situation, action, result or outcome.

The fundamental problem with complaining is this: when you complain, you give away any power you would otherwise have to change the situation.

When you refuse to accept a situation, you become enslaved to the undeniable reality of that situation. When you refuse to accept a situation, it’s impossible to change it.

You will always lose a battle with reality. You will only begin to influence future reality and outcomes when you accept what it is here and now.
